Cafe Wharfside has a warm cosy feel, with a soft seating area and warming effect fires.
Our menu is all ‘homecooked’ with a full range of teas & coffees, soft drinks, wines and beers on tap.
We open daily from the first May Bank holiday until September, then during our lower season, October to April we are open Tuesday to Sunday.
Opening time is 9-30am. Closing times varies according to season

Breakfasts include full English breakfast including Vegetarian options, Bacon & Sausage baps or sandwiches, beans on toast and toasted teacakes.
All day menu includes homemade soups, Jacket potatoes with various fillings, Toasted Sandwiches, Salad Bowls and a healthy menu for children.
We have a daily ‘Specials Board’ which includes all the favourites eg: Liver Casserole, Scampi & Chips, Curries & Chillis. This changes often according to the season.
Our ‘afternoon delights’ are all homemade cakes including Carrot Cake, Country Fruit cake and not forgetting the popular Cream tea which includes a pot of Jam & a portion of Fresh Clotted Cream.
Cafe Wharfside can be booked for private group parties during the evenings and you can book tables for your walking group, or luncheon club.
